The most recent addition to Roach Law Office joined the firm in November 2007. Carlos Villarreal was born in Moses Lake and graduated from Othello Highschool in 1995. Carlos completed two degrees while he attended Eastern Washington University in Cheney Washington; a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law, as well as a degree in Spanish. After attending Eastern Washington, Carlos moved his family to Lansing, Michigan where he received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in the summer of 2006.

After law school, Carlos and his wife Christine decided to return to Washington and settle in the Columbia Basin where they could be closer to family. Carlos is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Benton-Franklin Bar Association, the Washington Young Lawyers Division (WYLD), the J Ruben Clark Society, and is a Member of both the national and state level of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Prior to coming to work at Roach Law Offices, Carlos practiced criminal defense with a firm in Kennewick. Carlos has also had the opportunity to be a public defender representing court appointed clients in the City of Pasco. when Carlos is not working or with his family, he finds the time to volunteer as an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 146 of the Blue Mountain Council. Carlos is also an active member of his church where he also volunteers his time.

Carlos and his wife Christine, along with their 3 children live in Pasco and enjoy the rich diversity of culture that exists in the Tri-City area. Carlos limits his practice primarily to immigration law and criminal defense.
